Hello. We are moving to Oahu in November or January. I just wanted to see if you can use coupons at the commissary that are up to 6 months expired like you can when you are overseas. Thanks!

Yeah, bummer...we are OCONUS but not overseas. I wish!! We do still get COLA though LOL. :)
