Aloha all. If you are reading this, you must be fortunate enough to at some point lived on our beautiful piece of paradise, Oahu. If you are new to the island, welcome. We have lived here for about 2 years, and have had a fantastic experience thus far. When we moved here, I was excited to jump in and embrace the culture. I am thankful everyday that we have the chance to live in paradise.
I have been a military spouse for over 10 years. I grew up in Chicagoland (go Cubbies,) and I attended college in Ohio, earning a degree in business. I met my husband in Chicago, and was quickly swept off to Washington DC where he was stationed with the Navy. He is a member of the submarine force, and our first taste of island life was when we were stationed in Guam. Now if you think Hawaii is hot, Guam is hotter…much hotter. All 3 of our beautiful children were born there. We have twin 6 year old daughters, and a 4 year old son. We also have a big boxer dog that loves the beach, so you can either find us there, or poolside.
I was a stay at home Mom for several years, but decided to go back to work and thought Hawaii would be the place. I can wear slippers (aka flip flops) to work-awesome! I went into Real Estate because it has always been a passion of mine. In Maryland I spent 3 years selling new construction homes, so I am specifically familiar with taking a family through the entire home buying process, including marketing, construction and financing. In addition, we have bought and sold 3 homes in different duty stations, and understand the uniqueness of the home buying and selling process for a military family. In our pursuit of embracing the culture, we decided to move from military housing last year, and bought a home in Kapolei. I am therefore also familiar with the process of moving out of housing and into another home on island.
I chose to affiliate myself with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties because of its’ excellent reputation. I can assist you in buying or selling island wide from Kanoehe to Wainaie and anywhere in between. Their team consists of over 400 well trained agents on island and they pool their resources together to do what is best for the client. They also offer many marketing services that are free to you as a client. In addition, when you do leave paradise, I can refer you to a Coldwell Banker agent nationwide.
Before working as a Mom, I spent my entire professional career, 13 plus years, working in customer service and dedicating myself to ensuring my clients are satisfied. My motto has always been to “have a sense of urgency, “ so I will work quickly and do whatever it takes to sell your home, or find your dream home.
